SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini

mtd: cfi: Add support for status register polling

The status register is optional in the AMD command sets, but it's presence can be checked by reading out CFI table entry 0xc bit 0. If the register is present, prefer using it's bit 7 to determine if the flash is busy over reading the flash ; this is needed ie. on Hyperflash memories. Embed the flash base into struct flash_info instead of having ad-hoc static array in the code. This does not only remove static variable, but also allows CFI-like controllers, ie. stm32f1: remove stm32f1 support

A few years ago STM32F1 SoCs support has been added : 0144caf22ce6acd5c gpio: stm32: add stm32f1 support 2d18ef2364fd3561a ARMv7M: add STM32F1 support But neither STM32F1 dedicated defconfig nor board was associated to these commits. flash: add device ID for Microchip PIC32 internal flash.
