feeds.conf.default: enable video feed by default

As discussed in the previous OpenWrt meeting the easiest way to have regular builds of packages on the video feed without adding additional complexity is by enabling the video feed by default. If that slows down the buildbots beyond being useful we can always disable it again and find another way to only sporadically build packages of the video feed. Signed-off-by: Daniel Golle

feeds: use git-src-full to allow Git versioning

Both $(AUTORELEASE) and $(PKG_SRC_VERSION) (from luci.git) use the Git log to determine releases and package timestamps. Feeds are shallow cloned by default, resulting in an incomplete Git log and therefore different local package versions than offered upstream. This commits sets the default feeds to use `src-git-full` to solve that. The freifunk feed is being removed becasue a) it is an external project and the OpenWrt team does not have access to it. b) upon original addition of the feed, there was only a very weak tendency for the addition. c) there is a general lack of interest in the freifunk repo to review and/or merge pull requests. d) as far as can be found, all projects which use the freifunk feed have their own make system and self-maintained feeds list.
