openvswitch: update to 3.7.1

The 2.17 LTS branch reached end of life in February 2025. Update to 3.7.1 from the current 3.7 LTS branch. Patches: - 0007: refreshed, libbpf linking was removed upstream - 0008: dropped, included upstream The version bump checklist no longer needs to check the kernel versions supported by the datapath module, as the Open vSwitch source tree does not contain one anymore. openvswitch: remove the intree kernel modules

The kmod-openvswitch-*-intree packages build the datapath shipped in the Open vSwitch source tree, which only supports kernels 3.10 to 5.5. They have not been buildable on any supported OpenWrt kernel since 22.03 (Linux 5.10). They still show up in menuconfig because kernel_version_cmp is empty during the metadata scan, but selecting one only prints "intree kmods selected but not supported". Open vSwitch removed the out-of-tree datapath in 3.0. Remove the packages together with the configure plumbing (--with-linux, KARCH, OVS_KERNEL_MAKE_FLAGS), the patch for passing kernel make flags and the README section. The kmod-openvswitch packages built from the kernel's net/openvswitch are unchanged. Signed-off-by: Sander van Deijck

openvswitch: drop kmod-lib-crc32c dependency

openvswitch: fix intree tunnel recursive dependency

Remove PROVIDES from all OVS kernel packages. The provider- alternation logic in scripts/package-metadata.pl generates recursive Kconfig dependencies when kmod-openvswitch-intree provides kmod-openvswitch, because userspace packages (openvswitch, ovsd, ovn-host) that +depend on kmod-openvswitch get cross-referenced against the intree provider via PACKAGE_ < PACKAGE_ conditions. Verified locally: make defconfig produces zero OVS-related recursive dependency errors with PROVIDES removed entirely. The previous selective approach (keeping PROVIDES only for openvswitch-intree) did not resolve the userspace recursion. Users must install kmod-openvswitch-intree explicitly instead of relying on provider alternation. openvswitch: disable groff manpage check

The openvswitch build trips over a number of warnings during the manpage-check step if groff 1.23 is installed on the build host, resulting in a failed build. treewide: refactor to use PKG_BUILD_FLAGS:=lto
