fdm: update to 2.2 release and switch to PCRE2

Update to release 2.2 and switch to PCRE2. New release switched from PCRE to PCRE2 and is now required. Drop patch merged upstream and backport 2 additional patch that fix a user-after-free and a PCRE2 bug. Signed-off-by: Christian Marangi
